2.1. Car Plug USA provides car importation services from the United States to Poland, including but not limited to:

• Sourcing vehicles from US auctions
• Vehicle purchase and bidding representation
• Shipping and transportation arrangements
• Customs clearance services
• Delivery to your specified location in Poland

3.1. As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your vehicle preferences and requirements
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Reviewing and approving vehicle selections within the specified timeframes
• Promptly responding to communications regarding your vehicle import
• Ensuring you have the necessary funds available for auction bidding and purchase

4.1. Initial deposits are refundable if we are unable to acquire a vehicle within your budget.

4.2. All auction purchases require immediate payment via express transfer upon winning a bid.

4.3. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our service fee and must be paid as outlined in your contract.

4.4. Additional services may incur extra charges as agreed upon in writing.

5.1. While we make every effort to provide accurate information about vehicles:

• We rely on information provided by auction houses and cannot guarantee complete accuracy
• We provide photo documentation but cannot be held responsible for undisclosed or hidden defects
• Vehicles are purchased "as is" from auctions
• We recommend reviewing all available documentation and photos before approving a purchase

6.1. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are subject to:

• Shipping company schedules and availability
• Customs processing times
• Weather conditions and maritime factors
• Other factors beyond our control

6.2. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping companies, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

8.1. Either party may terminate the agreement:

• Before a vehicle is purchased at auction, with deposit refund minus administrative fees
• By mutual written agreement
• For material breach of these terms, with written notice

8.2. After a vehicle is purchased at auction, termination by the client will result in forfeiture of payments made, as significant costs and commitments have already been incurred.
