The entire process typically takes around 6-8 weeks. After winning the auction, it takes approximately 14 days to load the vehicle into a container, 30 days for maritime transport, and additional time for customs clearance and land delivery to your address in Poland.
No, our team handles all paperwork related to the import process, including shipping documents, customs declarations, and registration. You'll receive all necessary documentation when we deliver your vehicle.
Yes, once your vehicle is loaded into the shipping container, you'll receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor its journey until it reaches the destination port (Rotterdam or Bremerhaven).
Costs & Payments
The total cost includes the auction price of the vehicle, VAT (19% in Germany or 21% in Netherlands), duty (10% for cars, 6% for motorcycles), customs costs according to our contract table, shipping fees, and our service fee. We provide a complete breakdown of costs before you commit to the purchase.
If the auction exceeds the set budget we agreed upon, your deposit is fully refunded. We only proceed with the purchase when it falls within your approved budget.
After signing the contract, you'll make an initial deposit in PLN. If we win the auction within your budget, you'll then make an express transfer to pay for the vehicle at the US auction. The remaining costs are payable according to the terms in our contract.

You have two options: either our Car Plug specialist can find a proposal based on your requirements, or you can select a car independently on our platform: auctions.carplugusa.pl. We have access to all major US car auctions and can help you find exactly what you're looking for.
